About Coaching the Crossroads
Introducing Mike Wright
For 28 years I’ve been married to a wonderful woman… who happens to be a therapist… and together we’ve raised four children. Three of these now young adults have transitioned out of the house and our youngest is in high school. For more than 20 years I worked in pastoral ministry and have my undergrad degree from Northwest University in Kirkland and my Masters in Theology Studies from Multnomah Seminary in Portland.
Beyond these details, I am passionate about coaching and helping men like you achieve your best due to a number of experiences in my own journey.
I’ve done my personal work in therapy and have experienced the freedom and transformation of this in my own life. I am a voracious reader and love exploring new ideas and ways of thinking about the world. I’m a writer synthesizing my learning and experiences for other readers. I am constantly learning and pursuing growth. I’ve spent decades helping empower other people, learning what makes them unique and special, and helping them pursue their best. For fifteen years I’ve inspected homes, which might seem unrelated, but has given me a valuable framework for how to identify and parse out core issues versus superficial ones and how to lay them out in a way that makes them easy for a client to understand.
I look forward to meeting with you and learning more about who you are, what your story is, and ready you to write the next chapter!
